IN HAMPSTEAD

James, the facilities manager for a group of practices got in touch this year regarding a surgery in Hampstead. Their boilers had broken, leaving the surgery with no heating or hot water, and had started to severely impact the service they could provide their patients as the cold had start to kick in early that year. We had previous replaced a boiler for them, at a different surgery, in 2020 so The Plumbing Team were James' go to contractor.
This particular surgery, however, was under an existing contract with a larger contractor who maintained the boilers the plant room and had provided James with a quote to replace the plant room. James felt the cost was extremely high, so reached out to The Plumbing Team, who visited site to provide a site survey and project cost.
The Plumbing Team provided James with a project cost, £15000 less than the existing contractor, and could complete the project within two weeks. Getting the surgery the much needed heating and hot water up and running four weeks earlier than the original estimation. Overall, the service and efficiency demonstrated by The Plumbing Team allowed a vital NHS site to continue operating and provide care to the community and prove a key role in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.

My kitchen problems came to a head all at once. Severely blocked drain, sink unusable. Kitchen tap leaking. Then my washing machine filler hose sprung a leak. Vio came and fixed everything. He deserves a medal, especially for the drain! All competitively priced considering the time, parts and effort needed. Office staff cheerful, friendly and helpful. We chose The Plumbing Team from a list of Bosch provided accredited installers list after considering 3 quotations. They replaced an over 20 years old boiler and all the central heating system control components. The central heating system experienced post-installation issues, but thanks to the tenacity of Steven who project-managed the installation, Vio, the gas engineer and not to forget Megan in the office, the problems were diligently diagnosed and fixed.
